Group Structure
Since October 1st 2006 the Energie AG Group is structured as a management holding in order to support the strategic development of the Group.
The Energie AG consists of nine powerful business units and
four efficient service units supervised by a strategic
management holding.
The business units Heating, Water and Waste Management
furthermore operate as subholdings controlling their
participations in Austria and the neighbouring CEE countries.
